Welcome to Midland Counties Norfolk Terrier Association
The Association was founded on the 29th February 1992 and registered with the Kennel Club in April 1993. The Association covers the seven counties of Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Staffordshire, Leicestershire, Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and Yorkshire.

We hope you enjoy visiting our website and find the information provided here useful, interesting and informative.

We are dedicated to promoting in everyway the Norfolk Terrier in the UK by helping breeders, exhibitors and enthusiasts to work together for the betterment of the breed with regards to its health, public perception and welfare.

There are various sections on our site which cover all aspects of our very special breed.

We have also provided what we consider to be a valuable guide to puppy buyers or anyone considering owning a Norfolk Terrier.

Sue McCourt
It is with great sadness that I report the death of our Chairman Sue McCourt. Sue was always very supportive of our club, having previously served as President and more recently as Chairman.
​
She was a very successful breeder and exhibitor of terriers more recently with Skye Terriers and Australian Terriers.
​
Sue was very much a character, very generous and committed to the success of
the Midland Counties Norfolk Terrier Association and terriers in general. The terrier world has lost a very dedicated enthusiast with the passing of Sue.
